Fidas Consent Training supports teachers, educators, parents and staff across schools, colleges, universities, charities and other institutions to explain consent to young people in clear, legally accurate and engaging terms.

The training gives adults the confidence to respond to questions about consent, the options available to someone who has experienced sexual assault, how the criminal justice process works, and the life‑changing consequences a suspect may face. Everything is grounded in real‑world experience and delivered in a way that is accessible, practical and sensitive.

 

I draw on my years as a police officer specialising in sexual offence investigations to share what truly matters when a young person discloses an assault: how to listen, how to respond safely, and what I learned about supporting someone at one of their most vulnerable moments of their life.
